Since I have been posting about Adsense a fair bit recently here’s a list of the best Wordpress Adsense plugins you should checkout. While it’s possible to hard code the adverts into your templates, it’s a huge time saver to use one of the below.

Adsense Widget for Wordpress
I don’t currently use this myself but it may be brilliant for others. Turns a text widget into an Adsense widget for your sidebar. Lets you customize Color, size and h2 title of the widget.

Adsense Deluxe
use this to display Adsense links in my posts. Due to the Google TOS you can only display a limited number of ads on one page so it’s best to configure your adverts so they are not displayed on the homepage. For those of you who prefer Yahoo Publishers Network (YPN), it’ll handle that too.

Adsense Inline
will do the same job as above but is limited in other ways.

Author Adsense
If you have other people post on your blog, this will allow you to share revenue with them. Adverts are placed in posts and the Admin controls the share ratio. As I’m the only one posting on this blog right now I don’t use this, but it’s well worth checking out.

Adsense Injection
Again not one I need to use but if you’ve got an existing blog that’s never used Adsense, this will insert adverts in randomly to all your posts.
